This video clip is amazing, tell about the wonderful woman in Indonesia. Show to us, how the woman do the change for their society in life. Yeah, actually in our life we do have another choice than "work" and "work", do the best what we can do.

Last two days, i have a cute and sweet life lesson ever. It starts when my junior in English Society ask me to be the adjudicator of speech contest which finally i move to story telling contest. Judge in story telling competitions is such an amazing for me in this time, because in the other hand i still develop story telling technic for teaching children. 

One by one participants come, the first participant is quite amazing, but in this stage i only give the third position for her, because i found two more participants which can tell the story better, i can catch the message clearly, and the way they deliver the story is flowing. 

Upsss...! finally there is a junior high school participants, he is so cute. ha.. ha.. ha...

Now, back to my story. From the first stage we try to find big 12 to come to the semifinal round. And i give my attention to the two participants, first, is the first performer in the preliminary round which i gave the third position, and second is the participant who i gave the first position in preliminary round.

Go to the second stage in semi final round, the best participant in preliminary round still get the first position in semi final round, and the third position be the second position... What a good improvement !

And than... after that, in final round, something happened, i thing the participant with the second position before move to the first position and go as the champion ! Yes...! that's the point what i like... finally the winner are those who have a better improvement, not the best talented. 


We never know the end, even we are worst in the starting point, but by work and work, i believe we can grow as the real champion in the future. Indirectly it motivated me.. "don't care who start the first, just go and go and go and never stop !"
